READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE REQUESTING OR USING 

Batavia XBRL Java Library. 

IF YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED, REQUESTED AND/OR PURCHASED 
THE SOFTWARE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND 
CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT.

Anyone who informs Batavia XBRL BV of unlicensed use 
and or redistribution of this software and provides 
Batavia XBRL BV with legal proof to seek legal action 
for damages is rewarded 10%, or an even share of 10% 
if more persons disclose information regarding the 
same offense, of the eventually paid damages in 
relation to that legal action.

This is a legal agreement between you, the Licensee 
(either an individual or an entity) and Batavia XBRL BV.  
If you are using this product for your employer, 
the term Licensee also includes your employer, 
organization or business. 

The following is the end user license agreement 
("agreement") used for the 

Batavia XBRL Java Library 

product that is supplied to the Licensee and the 
included documentation and source- and/or bytecode 
and/or generated or supplied xml code (SOFTWARE). 
This definition includes every single line of code 
of the SOFTWARE and every single line of documentation 
of the SOFTWARE, as well in their current file 
context as in any other context.

If you do not accept and agree with all of the terms 
of this agreement, promptly delete any copies on 
your system(s) and return the SOFTWARE to 
Batavia XBRL BV.

For the purpose of this agreement the words
"production environment" are used to indicate for an 
entity or person any use of software and or systems 
in the course of performing or having performed any 
process or task which is performed to deliver a 
result that contributes directly or indirectly to 
any of the entity's or person's public goals and 
or obligations.

For the purpose of this agreement the 
term "CPU" is used to indicate a physical 
Central Processing Unit for a computer.

The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws 
and international copyright treaties, as well as 
other intellectual property laws and treaties. 

The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.


1. LICENSE.

Batavia XBRL BV grants to you only, the Licensee, 
the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use 
the SOFTWARE in accordance with this agreement. 

If you have requested and received or downloaded  
the SOFTWARE you are free to test and evaluate it 
for a period of 2 months. 

You may NOT use the SOFTWARE in any production 
environment.

You may use the software in relation to software 
development and or test activities for software
intended for use in a production environment. 
Only the actual use in a production environment
and or distribution (in any way) of the developed 
software is NOT allowed under these license terms.


2. COPYRIGHT.

The SOFTWARE (including any images, photographs and 
text incorporated into the SOFTWARE) is owned by 
Batavia XBRL BV or its suppliers and is protected 
by Netherlands and other countries' copyright laws 
and international treaty provisions. 

Therefore you must treat the SOFTWARE like any other 
copyrighted material and not reproduce it except that 
you may either: 
(a) make one copy of the SOFTWARE solely for backup 
or archival purposes, or 
(b) transfer the SOFTWARE to a single hard disk 
provided you keep the original solely for backup 
or archival purposes.


3. (OTHER) RESTRICTIONS.

You may not use the SOFTWARE on more then one CPU.

You may not use the SOFTWARE in any production 
environment.

You may not redistribute the SOFTWARE or the 
functionality it offers, directly or indirectly, 
in any way.

You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, 
or translate the SOFTWARE.

You may not copy the design of the SOFTWARE.


4. LICENSE COMPLIANCY

You hereby give permission to Batavia XBRL BV to 
audit or have audited by an independent EDP auditor 
your computer environments within your offices and 
or computer facilities to determine compliancy to the 
conditions in this license.


5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ``AS IS'' AND ANY EXPRESSED 
OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, 
THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS 
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.  IN NO EVENT 
SHALL BATAVIA XBRL BV BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, 
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR 
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, 
PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF 
USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER 
CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN 
CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING 
NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE 
USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY 
OF SUCH DAMAGE. 


6. Agreement confirmation 
 
The Licensee confirms to agree to the terms of this 
agreement by requesting and downloading the SOFTWARE. 

Batavia XBRL BV confirms to agree to the terms of this 
agreement by providing the SOFTWARE as downloadable 
content on its website.
